http://www.spacecowboys.org/articles/2007/02/07/luxxury-mp3-blog en-us 40 <p>Some folks may remember <a href=",">Bikini Wax</a> a monthly I used to do with Baby Ryan (from <a href="http://gunclub.dj/">Gun Club</a> and the <a href="http://www.spindig.net/">Spindig Happy Hour</a>) at the old <a href="http://sublounge.com/">Sublounge</a>. &#8220;Two Rooms of Whoreable Music&#8221; was the tag line, and upstairs we spin mashups, hiphop, retro, electro and whatever the fuck else we felt like, but downstairs we&#8217;d often book live acts.</p> We were lucky enough to have SF&#8217;s Luxxury rocked their disco noire sound for us a few times before their headed down the road to electro-stardom.
