Thank you Black Rock!

Who says you can’t take it with you? When it comes to Burning Man it seems you can! At least that’s how it feels, and tastes. Besides an enormous amount of playa dust, I’ve got some great memories and new friends to help me through what is always a roller coaster week… (something to do with a lack of seretonin and lack of sleep, I think). Last night we unloaded our truck and cleaned it in record time with only 8 peeps or so in 2 hours, a new SC record. We even relocated our gear to a new warehouse. Now its just sorting through it all and gettin’ the dust out, so to speak. Big thanks to everyone on the playa who made it one of our best burns ever….

Ands in case you’re wondering why the UNIMOG was on the side of the road when you left the playa, our baby had a bit of a problem with its transmission. As incredible and mean of a machine as it is, the UNIMOG takes a lot of effort and maintenence to keep it going, and despite our best efforts and diligance occassionally presents us with extreme “challenges”. We appreciate your amazing support (financial and otherwise), and hope to have it up and running again in the immediate future…..

Next up: SF Decompression!

Cruising across the playa Tuesday (?) night, I was enchanted by the dirtiest, raunchiest, slighty unsettling but oh-so-much-fun bass lines that could only mean one thing: Yep, the Space Cowboys were at it again. I made my way towards that blissful sound and found myself in a throng of pulsating bodies equally enchanted by the Unimog magic. So many people and bikes it was hard to tell which way was up! Seven years at Burningman and still my favorite attraction. thanks for doing what you do.
