Howdy cowpokes,

It’s my first time on the Space Cowboys blog so be gentle. My name is Deckard, you may know me from such mixes as Some People Call Me a Space Cowboy, Ghost Ship or Breakfast of Champions. When not cranking up the beats at clubs I like to explore the prettier side of electronic music. I think you can see where I am going with this already. That’s right, full on dubstep bitches! Just kidding, that’s not how I roll.

I put the finishing touches on My Definition of Chill Volume II after starting it some 13 months ago. If I knew of someone else putting together compilations like this maybe it wouldn’t take me so damn long and I could just crib from them. Anyway, I digress.

After working on this mix on and off for over a year I believe I have formulated the proper uses and/or environments for this mix.

Here’s my last, a dark and bottom-heavy mix that’s perfect for winter weather or in this case, summer weather in San Francisco. Recommended use for this one is to drop it in your iPod to use as a soundtrack while walking around in this gloomy, over cast weather.
