I think everyone should have a fan page! Hell, I was thinking of starting one for my favorite pair of socks. But really, it would just be me endlessly complimenting my socks on their texture, their hue, and their stick-to-it-ness from the beginning to the end of the day. Eventually, after a few months or a year, I think it might get boring.
