Hello Friendly Customer: 

This morning on the news I heard an interview with
some kid in an outreach program, working at Ben &
Jerry's on upper-Haight. He said, "When I came here I
didn't have no Customer Service. Now I got me my
Customer Service." That got me thinking about Space
Cowboys, and all the things we can do to us some
Customer Service too. Here's are the 3 Customer
Service rules I came up with for February:
